RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Withdrawal:
Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with YODEYMA PARFUMS, S. L...and return your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer has received the product or the last of the products, in the case of multiple items in the same order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the withdrawal form that YODEYMA PARFUMS SL has sent by email at the time of order confirmation and return it to the following email address: info@yodeyma.comYou can also print it and mail it to YODEYMA's postal address: YODEYMA PARFUMS, S. L., Camino de Noblejas S/N, Postal Code 45311, Dosbarrios, Toledo.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Confirmation
YODEYMA will send the Customer an email confirming receipt of the withdrawal document and its receipt within 14 days.
Product Return
The Customer must proceed without delay and return the Product(s) as soon as they receive confirmation from YODEYMA and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date of notifying YODEYMA of their withdrawal. The deadline will be considered to have been met if the Customer returns the products before the end of this period.
The Customer must send to YODEYMA, at their own expense, by mail or by any other means of their choice, the product(s) subject to withdrawal.

The Customer must return the products without breaking the seal and without having used or tested them, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging and with all the accompanying documentation. Otherwise, the Customer will be responsible for the loss in value of the product.
Return costs
The Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For informational purposes, YODEYMA informs the Customer that shipping costs are based on the rates published at: http://www.correos.esYODEYMA will not accept any packages with shipping charges payable by the recipient. YODEYMA will not accept returns delivered to addresses other than the return address communicated to the Customer and in no case will it accept returns that must be collected from third-party addresses.
Refund of the amount paid
YODEYMA will reimburse the Customer the full amount paid for the purchase of the products without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which it has been informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
YODEYMA will issue the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly requested otherwise (provided the payment method used or indicated by the Customer is available). For orders paid cash on delivery, the refund will be credited to the bank account specified by the Customer. The Customer will not incur any expenses related to the refund. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date YODEYMA is notified of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The Customer must retain the receipt or other proof of the delivery service that shows the products were sent and the date of dispatch, in order to demonstrate that the products have been returned without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which the Customer has informed YODEYMA of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
